March 2010 - Syscat Completes Second Phase of The Bentley Motor Digital Conversion Project
Syscat has completed the final stage of the technical
digital
archiving project for the Bentley Motor Company. With over 500,000 microfilm
drawings in total, and 70 boxes of technical archives converted into a
searchable digital format. The contract was won based on the excellent
customer service provided by Syscat on a previous contract.
October 2009 - China Trekkers Complete Charity Challange
Ten local business people have successfully completed their charity challenge to trek 80km along the Great Wall of China.
The team returned from the ten-day hike on Sunday (25th October) and raised around £30,000 for Help for Heroes, Macmillan Cancer Support, St Barnabas Hospice and Lincoln BABIES.

April 2009 - Syscat Delivers Rapid Data Conversion Project for Schutz UK
Syscat provides the industrial packaging company Sch
utz
UK Ltd with a rapid conversion of over 30,000 material safety data sheets into
searchable PDF documents which will be uploaded on to the groups SAP system for
global access. The whole project was under taken in a few days and delivered
ahead of schedule.
February 2009 - Syscat Facilitates IFM Insurance Office Relocation
Syscat has
secured an order from the Sheffield headquartered IFM insurance group for
digital imaging of all of the
insurance claim and and client files at the Market Rasen office . These digital
client files will be up loaded into the companies back office system. This
enables the current office to be relocated, making a huge saving on operational
costs, resulting in efficiency and productivity gains.
July 2008 - Syscat Secures Bentley Motor Company Drawing Conversion Project
Syscat has been awarded a large contract to convert 260,000
drawings on microfilm. The contract was won under stiff competition and provides
the client with a quality solution that is more cost effective and secure than
outsourcing to overseas providers.
April 2008 - Syscat Awarded ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Certification
Syscat has has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification, a global rating of quality developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation.
This strict measure of quality recognises the company’s fulfilment of customer quality requirements, as well as any regulatory obligations of the industry such as BIP0008 the Code of Practice on Legal Admissibility and Evidential Weight of Information Stored Electronically . The stringent certification process undertaken by EQA a UKAS accredited body investigated all aspects of the business to ensure that internal systems can deliver continually improving products and services.

January 2008 - ISO 9001 2000 Quality Systems Accreditation
Syscat appoints Linden Management (UK) Ltd to assist them with obtaining BS EN ISO 9001 2000 Quality Systems Accreditation. Syscat already has in place a quality manual and quality procedures and also complies with BIP0008 which is the Code of Practice on Legal Admissibility and Evidential Weight of Information Stored Electronically. The time scale for obtaining full formal UKAS accreditation is March 2008.
