Syscat understand how important it is for clients to feel that their records are handled competently, securely and confidentially and so have created the following quality standards procedure for the handling of your project and documents:

Syscat’s Seven Point Process

1. Creating a document strategy - time is spent discussing specific requirements with you to ensure that the full scope of your project is understood 2. Syscat receipt and collect the relevant documents from your premises and book them in at the Syscat offices as soon as they arrive. 3. The documents are prepared and test scanned 4. Scanning takes place and a full procedural report is produced 5. The new digital version of your documents is delivered to you. You can choose from hardware, either as a CD, DVD or a USB storage device, or we can upload the data directly onto your existing computer network. 6. Your documents are then returned to you or, if requested, precision-shredded and re-cycled. 7. Your data is removed from Syscat’s computer systems
